TruIndee
Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 27, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how A20Labs, Inc. collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use TruIndee websites, applications, AI agents, Artist Enterprise workspaces, missions, rewards, communities, commerce tools, and connected services.
1. Who we are
TruIndee is operated by A20Labs, Inc., 1853 Sherman Park Dr STE. C, St Charles, MO 63303. Questions, requests, complaints, appeals, security reports, copyright notices, and deletion requests may be sent to [email protected].
2. Scope
This Policy applies to TruIndee websites, mobile and web applications, Artist Enterprise accounts, AI agents, onboarding, catalog and rights tools, royalty and financial workflows, missions, quests, XP, badges, levels, leaderboards, communities, messaging, storefronts, subscriptions, support channels, and integrations. Third-party services remain governed by their own policies.
3. Information you provide
We may collect your name, stage name, username, date of birth, pronouns, biography, profile image, email address, phone number, mailing address, login credentials, account role, team permissions, business information, career goals, onboarding responses, catalog data, song and recording metadata, credits, ownership percentages, split information, identifiers, publishing and royalty information, contracts, licenses, statements, invoices, budgets, support requests, messages, prompts, voice recordings, transcripts, uploaded files, public posts, storefront content, and any other information you choose to submit.
4. Gamification and progression data
We may collect and generate information about missions viewed, started, completed, skipped, or repeated; XP; badges; levels; streaks; readiness scores; ranks; unlocks; reward eligibility; mission evidence; verification status; leaderboard settings; narrative progress; and signals of fraud, automation, manipulation, or abuse. XP, badges, levels, and rankings are progress indicators and do not by themselves represent money, ownership, professional licensing, government approval, investment value, or guaranteed career outcomes.
5. AI interaction data
When you use TruIndee AI agents, we may process prompts, messages, files, recordings, transcripts, account context, career and catalog information, agent responses, feedback, and enabled personalization memory. Authorized personnel and contracted service providers may review limited interactions for safety, quality, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, and support. TruIndee does not permit its AI providers to use private TruIndee workspace content to train their general-purpose models. Identifiable prompts, files, recordings, contracts, royalty information, unreleased music, and creative materials will not be used for model training without separate affirmative consent. Declining model-improvement participation will not reduce access to core service features.
6. Information collected automatically
We may automatically collect IP address, browser and device type, operating system, device identifiers, language, regional settings, approximate location derived from IP address, referring pages, session activity, feature usage, crash logs, performance data, authentication events, cookie identifiers, local-storage data, and security signals. We do not collect precise geolocation unless a feature requires it and appropriate notice or permission is provided.
7. Information from third parties
We may receive information from authentication providers, payment processors, connected email and calendar services, cloud-storage services, messaging providers, distributors, royalty organizations, performance-rights organizations, publishing administrators, collection societies, metadata providers, invited team members, public professional sources, fraud-prevention providers, and other services you authorize.
8. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; provide and personalize TruIndee; operate AI agents; generate missions and recommendations; maintain catalogs, rights, credits, splits, contracts, royalties, budgets, and business records; calculate progress and reward eligibility; verify mission completion; administer Artist Enterprise teams and permissions; process subscriptions, payments, refunds, payouts, and transactions; provide support; send account, legal, security, billing, and service notices; prevent fraud and abuse; enforce agreements; comply with law; improve accessibility, safety, reliability, and performance; and produce aggregated or de-identified analytics.
9. Automated recommendations and human review
TruIndee may use automated systems to recommend missions, estimate readiness, identify missing information, personalize agent responses, categorize content, and flag possible errors, fraud, or security risks. Automated outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and should be independently reviewed before important decisions are made. Where required by law, you may request information about certain automated processing, object to it, or request human review.
10. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to contracted service providers that support hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, communications, AI processing, storage, security, payments, document workflows, and customer support; to account owners, guardians, administrators, and team members according to assigned permissions; to connected services at your direction; to collaborators and professional representatives involved in a transaction; when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, property, or security; and as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets.
11. Public and shared features
Profile information, achievements, credits, posts, rankings, storefront materials, and other content may be visible to others when you choose a public or shared setting. Private contracts, royalty records, banking information, and confidential workspace materials are not made public merely because you complete a mission or earn an achievement. Information shared with team members or collaborators may remain in records they independently control.
12. Sale, sharing, analytics, and targeted advertising
A20Labs, Inc. does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. TruIndee may use service providers for essential analytics, security, performance measurement, attribution, communications, and platform improvement. Some privacy laws define disclosure for cross-context behavioral advertising as a sale or sharing even when no money is exchanged. If TruIndee uses technology that qualifies as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising, we will provide clear notice, an accessible opt-out, a Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information control, and recognition of legally required opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control. TruIndee will not sell or share information associated with a Minor Artist Account for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
13. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, feature operation, analytics, fraud prevention, performance, and permitted marketing. Where required, nonessential technologies will not be activated until consent is provided. Blocking essential technologies may prevent parts of TruIndee from working.
14. Payments and sensitive information
Payment information may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. TruIndee generally does not store full payment-card numbers. Depending on the features used, TruIndee may process account credentials, financial records, payout information, contracts, ownership data, private communications, government identifiers submitted through secure workflows, and information concerning minors. Do not send Social Security numbers, full payment-card numbers, government identification, or banking credentials through ordinary email or general chat.
15. Data retention
Active-account data is retained while reasonably necessary to provide TruIndee. After cancellation or closure, the account generally enters a 90-day restricted recovery period. At the end of that period, information not subject to a legal, security, financial, ownership, contractual, or dispute-related exception is deleted or de-identified from active systems. Deleted data may remain in encrypted rolling backups for up to an additional 90 days. Routine security and authentication logs may be retained for up to 12 months. Routine support records may be retained for up to two years. Executed agreements, split sheets, licenses, payment records, tax records, royalty records, ownership history, and related audit trails may be retained for up to seven years after the relevant transaction, termination, final payment, or account closure, whichever occurs later, and longer when reasonably necessary to preserve legal rights or resolve disputes.
16. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, authentication protections, monitoring, role-based permissions, and backups. No system can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, enabling available security features, reviewing team permissions, and promptly reporting suspected compromise to [email protected].
17. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know whether we process your information; access it; receive a portable copy; correct inaccuracies; delete eligible information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling; limit certain uses of sensitive information; appeal a denied request; and complain to a regulator. Requests may be submitted through account settings, the TruIndee data-deletion page, or [email protected]. We may verify your identity or authority before acting. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
18. Artist Enterprise accounts and team roles
An Artist Enterprise may include an artist, guardian, owner, administrator, manager, label representative, adviser, collaborator, or other team member. Workspace owners and administrators may access and manage information according to assigned permissions. When an organization controls workspace data, TruIndee may act as a service provider or processor on its behalf, and some requests may be referred to the relevant administrator.
19. Children and Minor Artist Accounts
TruIndee is not intended for children under 13, and individuals under 13 may not create or directly use a TruIndee account. Individuals ages 13 through 17 may use TruIndee only through a verified guardian-managed Minor Artist Account established and supervised by a parent or legal guardian. The guardian accepts TruIndee agreements, controls account ownership and permissions, supervises use, authorizes commercial activity, and approves legally binding transactions. Certain financial, contractual, filing, administrative, payout, and ownership functions are restricted to users who are at least 18 or the applicable age of legal majority. Minor Artist Accounts are private by default, are excluded from public leaderboards by default, and are not used for behavioral advertising, general-purpose AI training, or sale or sharing for targeted advertising.
20. Leaderboards
Public leaderboard participation is optional and disabled by default. Enabling or disabling a leaderboard does not change private XP, badges, levels, or progression. A Minor Artist Account may appear publicly only after verified guardian approval and only through an approved artist name or alias. TruIndee will not publicly display a minor’s legal name, exact age, school, contact details, precise location, earnings, or other sensitive information.
21. International processing
TruIndee may process information in the United States and in other countries where our providers operate. Where required, we use recognized contractual and organizational safeguards for international transfers. Users outside the United States may have additional rights under local law.
22. Communications
We may send account, security, legal, billing, team, mission, support, and service communications. Promotional email or SMS may be sent where permitted and may be disabled through the provided controls. You may continue to receive essential account, legal, billing, and security notices. Message and data rates may apply.
23. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, features, or business practices. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through TruIndee, email, or a prominent website notice. The date shown above identifies the current version.
24. Contact and appeals
